Operations Assistant (100% Remote - Latin America) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 USD per month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and documentation up to date.
- Help coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on pending items.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic client or vendor coordination.

Requirements

- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other basic productivity tools.
