Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour depending on experience
This position offers an excellent opportunity for Registered Dietitians with multiple state licenses to expand their professional reputed company and impact.Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual nutritional assessments of patients reputed company telehealth platforms (e.g., Teams, reputed company Meet, reputed company, FaceTime, phone calls).
- Evaluate nutritional risk factors and craft personalized nutrition care plans to manage chronic conditions, prevent illness, and maintain comfort.
- Review patient information, including H&P/face sheets, reputed company reputed company notes, intake, anthropometrics, etc., provided by the clinical team.
- Complete comprehensive and timely reputed company notes according to the provided template.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Stay reputed company on best practices in nutrition care and telehealth.
Requirements
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a reputed company field from an accredited program.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- reputed company state licensure/certification
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and reputed company teams.
- Possesses the ability to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations, assess objectives, reputed company and implement and monitor effective plans for improvement.
- Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
- Competency in electronic charting systems
