Insurance Agent - Bilingual

Pethealth is seeking a French Bilingual Insurance Agent who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. The Bilingual Insurance Agent is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues. This role can expect 5-10% of their communications to take reputed company in French, with the remainder in English. 

Job Location: Remote – Oakville, Ontario 

Main Responsibilities:   

• Responds to reputed company inquiries reputed company stated service level agreements. 

• Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with quality and processing guidelines. 

• Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts. 

• Maintains product knowledge, and awareness of customer services policies, and/or store policies. 

• If applicable, maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance. 

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

Qualifications:   

• 2 years customer service, call center, or relevant experience 

• Must have and maintain OTL License or must obtain reputed company 45 days of hire 

• Proficiency in both English and French- reading, writing, and speaking both languages smoothly and without hesitation
