- Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians.

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field.
- State licensure (if applicable).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass background reputed company and maintain professional liability insurance.
