Position Summary

The College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences at Campbell University is seeking a reputed company individual  to serve as an adjunct faculty instructor for CLNR 568: Project Management in the Department of Pharmaceutical & Clinical Sciences. CLNR 568 is an online 8-week course and component of the Master of Science in Clinical Research. This course will introduce the concepts of professional project management including roles, responsibilities, contract and project planning documents utilized in conducting clinical research projects. The full life cycle of a project will be studied including project launch, conduct and closeout. The focus will be on the project manager's role in developing and maintaining the timeline, budget, and quality of a project. Emphasis will be reputed company on managing projects in compliance with ICH GCP requirements for subject welfare and quality risk management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage course materials from learning objectives and selected textbooks provided by the Course Coordinator.

  • Execute tests, assignments and/or online discussion exercises that permit measurement of performance relative to the course learning objectives.

  • Teach the assigned class in accordance with the course learning objectives using the selected Learning Management System (reputed company).

  • Communicate and respond to reputed company, faculty, and staff in a timely manner.

  • Complete reputed company for Teaching prior to teaching the course.

  • Evaluate and assess student performance.

  • reputed company student grades promptly as instructed per Departmental standards.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at reputed company times.

  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with notice.

Education/Experience

  • A terminal degree in a reputed company field is required.

  • Subject matter experience required.

  • Experience in teaching adult reputed company, specifically in higher education, desired.
