Enrollment Sales Consultant

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time

About the Role

You are a consultative closer who leads with reputed company. You manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and guide them from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and results-driven — with reputed company opportunity to reputed company an impact on the people you serve.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a personal reputed company pipeline from first contact through enrollment
  • Respond to reputed company new inquiries same-day; conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency
  • reputed company consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision
  • Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets; report pipeline status weekly
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments

  • Build referral relationships with external partners over time
  • Represent the organization professionally across reputed company written and verbal communication

  • 2+ years in a high-volume call role: sales, reputed company, call center, consulting, or client services
  • Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets
  • Strong consultative communication — you listen first, then guide

  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
