JOB OVERVIEW
The reputed company Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for developing and leading the people strategy for their respective business groups. As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this position identifies people and culture gaps, develops resolution strategies, and executes solutions. The HRBP is also responsible for leading reputed company cyclical HR initiatives reputed company their client groups including annual performance reviews, talent calibrations, compensation planning, proactive retention, org design and development, and more.
JOB DUTIES
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance and foster a strong, inclusive culture.
Establish, enforce, and communicate HR policies and procedures across client groups ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, reducing legal risk.
Review and assess org design and development challenges and execute solutions for scale.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Design/Development, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of HRBP experience, with a proven track record in transforming people strategies and practices.
1-2 years experience scaling HR functions in a hyper-growth environment, preferably reputed company a tech startup

In-depth knowledge of federal and California employment law and HR best practices.
