App Dev and Support Engineer IV

Position Overview

We are seeking an reputed company hands-on Java Architect with deep expertise in macro & microservices architecture, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes orchestration. The ideal candidate will reputed company technical leadership in designing scalable, high-performance reputed company systems while guiding the engineering team in best practices for reputed company-reputed company Java application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, development and reputed company development of Java-based reputed company and reputed company-reputed company applications.
• Define and implement macro & microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, reputed company, and maintainability.
• reputed company modernization initiatives, migrating legacy Java applications to containerized and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, or reputed company Actions.
• Establish coding standards, technical guidelines, and architectural governance.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve platform reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across distributed systems.
• Mentor development teams on Java, Spring Boot, reputed company, and Kubernetes best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17/21) and Spring Boot, Spring reputed company, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) — designing, deploying, and managing containerized Java applications.
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company charts, and Kubernetes Operators.
• Experience with reputed company platforms (Tanzu / Rancher / AWS / Azure / GCP) and managed Kubernetes services (on prem reputed company or EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices — CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and infrastructure as code (Terraform / Ansible).
• Strong understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging (reputed company, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to reputed company architecture discussions, influence stakeholders, and deliver technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
