Position Overview
The Senior reputed company Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, partnering closely with leadership teams to shape talent strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and improve organizational effectiveness.
This role plays a key role in advancing reputed company’s talent programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design. The Sr. HRBP works with leadership teams to ensure organizational structures, leadership practices, and talent pipelines support the company’s long-term growth and evolving business priorities.
Work Arrangement: Remote, United States
This role requires the individual to be based in U.S. time zones and support leaders and teams across global time zones.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.

- Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness across leadership teams.
- Partner with leadership teams on organizational design, including spans, layers, role reputed company, and workforce planning.
- Coach leaders on leadership expectations and effectiveness, accountability, and building high-performing, scalable teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business or equivalent experience.
- 9–12 years of reputed company HR experience including experience partnering directly with senior leaders in an HRBP role.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Strong experience advising leaders on organizational design including spans, layers, role design, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies in a reputed company organization.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience partnering with leaders supporting global teams or multi-region organizations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up as business needs require.
- Role requires the following physical reputed company: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work.
