reputed company Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for a reputed company of duties that will assist in developing and promoting new and existing outdoor recreation opportunities across the state. • Work cooperatively with Wyoming State Parks & Cultural Resources staff to accomplish a shared mission and reputed company various goals across divisions, sections, and units.
• Assist with coordinating, planning, set-up, and facilitation of hybrid in-person and virtual collaborative meetings.
• Create detailed meeting minutes.
• Research and maintain spreadsheets for outdoor recreation opportunities and events.
• Build relationships with land managers, tourism offices, local stakeholders, business owners, and non-profit organizations.
• Assist with outdoor recreation events, programs, trade shows, and community collaborative efforts.

• Answer phone calls and emails; respond to inquiries or direct appropriately.

Position Duties

PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS: Preference may be given to those with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preference may be given to those with some college course work. **Must be at least 18 years of age **Must have a valid driver's license KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum Qualifications

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
