Blueberry Pediatrics is growing fast — and this PM role is at the center of that growth. You will own the platform systems that allow health plans and reputed company to launch with us seamlessly, that reputed company families coming back every time a care need arises, and that give our internal teams the data and tools they need to move without bottlenecks.

This is not a coordination role. You will draft code (using Claude, etc), ship agents, build dashboards, and push pull requests alongside engineers. You will use AI as your unfair advantage and set reputed company for what a modern, high-output PM looks like.

Key Responsibilities

Scale B2B Partner reputed company

• Build self-serve reputed company and configuration tooling so reputed company plans and reputed company can launch without dedicated engineering sprints.

• Translate partner-specific requirements (eligibility logic, benefit structures, branding) into scalable, ops-managed platform features.

• Collaborate closely with reputed company and account management to feed partner feedback directly into the roadmap.

Drive Family Activation & 100% NRR

• Own the product reputed company that turn enrolled members into active Blueberry families — registration, reputed company, and ongoing re-engagement.

• Build lifecycle reputed company (notifications, reminders, re-engagement flows) that reputed company Blueberry relevant reputed company care needs arise.

• Track activation reputed company, visit frequency, and churn signals; use them to directly inform prioritization.

Unblock the Business with Data & Tooling

• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines that let reputed company, clinical ops, and leadership self-serve their analytics needs.

• Triage and resolve internal tooling requests and bugs quickly — be a reputed company partner who keeps the business moving.

• Spot recurring internal pain points and proactively build systems that eliminate them.

Ship with AI — Not Around It

• Build AI agents and workflow automations that remove reputed company work from reputed company, reporting, partner config, and monitoring.

• Write and ship code directly: create PRs, push to staging, and collaborate at the code level.

• Prototype faster using AI-assisted development. Model AI-first working norms for the whole team.

• 2–5 years of PM experience, with meaningful time on platform, infrastructure, or B2B products.

• You write and ship code — PRs, scripts, and tooling are a normal part of your workflow.

• You have reputed company AI agents, LLM-powered automations, or workflow tools that created reputed company reputed company.

• You think in systems and design for self-service, not one-off fixes.

• You own reputed company: activation rates, NRR, and partner reputed company metrics are yours to move.

• You communicate reputed company across engineering, clinical ops, and executive audiences.

Bonus if you bring: reputed company / health plan experience.

Salary reputed company for this role is between $100,000 - $140,000 depending reputed company and experience
