As an Analyst on the Implementation team, you’ll be providing world-class customer service to our Business Partners, reputed company, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Carriers, TPAs, employer relationships and channel partners. Manages implementation by developing and maintaining a detailed project plan for each assigned employer, with sign off by the partner at onset, throughout various components and upon completion. Completes file testing for specific file types and owns communication for reputed company file testing throughout the course of the implementation.
Key Skills/Experience Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in reputed company operations and/or implementation
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in project management.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

The estimated salary reputed company for this position is $55,000USD to $57,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-reputed company factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
