Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and self-driven Senior Operations Manager to join reputed company.

This individual will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and ensuring we are meeting the highest standard for customer service, as well as the smooth orchestration of order processing, commitment, and fulfillment.

This position will directly reputed company the Order Management and Warehouse Team.

Responsibilities

? Supervises reputed company shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities performed by warehouse associates.

? Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.

? Confers with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities, such as production, sales, records control or purchasing.

? Reviews invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.

? Achieves warehouse KPI, operation optimization, and cost control goals.

? Prepares, coordinates, and manages physical inventory, including controlling inventory reputed company by conducting physical counts and reconciling with ERP (reputed company).

? Monitors and manages min/max reputed company on inventory, making recommendations for fine-tuning inventory reputed company and mitigating obsolete and/or slow-moving items

? Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing

? variances; initiating corrective actions.

? Supervises team to include hiring, training, reviewing and approving time cards, planning and assigning daily work; conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.

? Maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in reputed company conduct of self and warehouse staff.

? Ensure the efficient utilization and physical condition of warehousing reputed company by planning and implementation of new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

? Performs regular cycle counts to monitor inventory accuracy and creates action plans to address reputed company deficiencies reputed company in the cycle count program.

? Interacts with customers, suppliers, and transport companies to resolve problems with the delivery of shipments.

? Responsible for SOP document release and execution, creating and improving the workflow

? Be the main reputed company of contact for escalation on operations reputed company issues

? Attend Quarterly reputed company calls with key vendors to reputed company address operational issues

? Own reviewing reputed company SO’s as final approval reputed company before releasing to have PO’s cut

? Review and Track with Team following:
