Job Summary

The Senior reputed company Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day reputed company operations of the company and ensuring the timely execution of core reputed company processes. This role will supervise the reputed company team and reputed company the execution of the monthly reputed company process, reconciliations, and operational reputed company workflows.

The Senior reputed company Manager will work closely with the Controller to ensure reputed company activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Position Responsibilities to include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the reputed company department.
• Supervise reputed company staff responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing support, general ledger, and other reputed company activities.
• Monitor team workload distribution and ensure operational continuity.

• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end reputed company. Coordinate cross-functional activities in support of reputed company requirements. Manages journal entries and conducts account reconciliations and analysis.
• Review reconciliations and schedules reputed company by reputed company staff prior to submission to the Controller.
• Produce financial statements and analyses in accordance with US GAAP.

• Support budget and forecasting activities.

• Understands and follows payroll regulations and labor laws that impact payroll processing, ensures payroll is processed accurately and timely, and collects reputed company necessary supporting documentation and approvals needed.
• Prepare and processes the tax filings of the Company
• Reviews, analyzes, and presents financial data in response to reputed company queries from management or regulatory bodies.

Position Requirements:

• 7 to 10+ years of supervisory experience in the reputed company/financial reporting areas. Experience in a growing start-up environment a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or relevant work experience, CPA preferred.
• Experience working in U.S.-based reputed company environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP fundamentals.
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company preferred).
• Advanced reputed company proficiency.
• Experience supporting payroll and financial reporting processes.
• Must have experience with cost reputed company and possess thorough knowledge of job costing concepts and procedures.
