Role Summary

The Director, National Nurse Education leads the strategic direction and execution of U.S. oncology nurse education initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-impact product and disease-state education to reputed company reputed company. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, supports reputed company oncology priorities, and enhances clinical reputed company through education, engagement, and leadership.

The Director will partner closely with the Sales Directors, Brand Marketing, Legal, Compliance, L&D, Market reputed company, and Medical Affairs. Primary Responsibilities

Job Description

Candidate Profile

Education and Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience including 7+ years of clinical experience in the Hematology-Oncology specialty, required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or other reputed company advanced nursing degree, required
• Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring reputed company a professional setting, required.
• Demonstrated successful leader. Experience leading reputed company (people leader), required.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills; confident in presenting to senior leadership.

Salary reputed company

The salary reputed company for this role is $197-$237k. An employee’s pay position reputed company the salary reputed company will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
