Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, navigating reputed company systems, and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate reputed company systems and processes to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process and resolve client requests, including account maintenance, direct deposit changes, and address changes
  • Assist family members and beneficiaries with claims processes and answer account information
  • Work to remove roadblocks to client requests and reputed company clients on the correct process for receiving information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards

Requirements

* 1-2 years of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service

  • 1-2 years of experience with reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Office and other software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey reputed company topics to clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
  • Ability to work from home, with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
  • Ability to use video during interviews and training
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
  • Ability to attend training and nesting at our office in Warwick, RI
  • Ability to travel to our office in Warwick, RI if system issues arise at home

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a defined benefits/retirement income solutions department

  • Experience with account maintenance, direct deposit changes, and address changes
  • Experience working with family members and beneficiaries on claims processes
  • Experience with reputed company systems and processes, including reputed company-based operating systems
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes
