Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company Worth, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
