Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our Defined Benefits and Retirement Income Solutions Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing and navigating reputed company-based operating systems, and working closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 1-2 years of call center experience in a customer service role (computer skills and customer service experience are accepted)

- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace (hotspots are not allowed)
- Ability to use video during interviews and training
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
- Ability to attend training and nesting at our Warwick, RI office
- Ability to travel to our Warwick, RI office if system issues arise at home
