Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional patient support and engagement. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. Key Responsibilities

* Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day, providing accurate and timely information to patients and partner dermatologists

• Take payments and update demographics as needed
• reputed company claim status and explain copays/deductibles to patients
• Interpret and explain EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) to patients
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve patient concerns and issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions
• Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure seamless communication and support

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the reputed company industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Polite phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and explain EOBs
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company (reputed company Office Suite)
• Self-managed and reputed company to work independently
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
