Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company at Barksdale AFB, LA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting client checklist items
• Creating TAP Workshops in AFFIRST and updating attendance after conclusion of reputed company
• Creating an event in TAP Website and updating attendance
• Maintaining accountability statistics for the Transition Assistance Program in AFFIRST
• Providing daily sign-up sheets to TAP reputed company/classes
• Contacting reputed company reputed company/seminar participants prior to class start date to confirm attendance

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and reputed company process data, including client checklist items and TAP reputed company attendance

• Create and update reports, including charts, logs, and summaries, to support the Transition Assistance Program
• Maintain accountability statistics for the Transition Assistance Program in AFFIRST
• reputed company daily sign-up sheets to TAP reputed company/classes
• Contact reputed company reputed company/seminar participants prior to class start date to confirm attendance
• reputed company and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups, including military personnel, veterans, and their families

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience

• Familiarity with internet databases and reputed company computer software applications
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including military personnel, veterans, and their families
• Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support emails, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy
• Basic understanding of military protocol, support group organizations, and family systems in a military setting
