Position Description

We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time reputed company. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Handling appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients' customers
• Working with a variety of clients and products, including some of the most recognized companies in their industries
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or reputed company) + Operating System: reputed company 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

• Webcam
• High-speed internet reputed company with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
• A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)

Preferred Qualifications
