Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Tupelo, MS. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing solutions to their needs, and building long-term relationships. * Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs

• Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards

Minimum Qualifications
