The Role We're looking for a reliable, personable contractor to conduct initial first-round interview screens for therapist candidates. This is a defined, structured role. You'll work from a set script and scorecard, represent reputed company professionally to candidates, and reputed company things moving reputed company.

What You'll Do

• Conduct ~25-30 structured 30-minute first-round interview screens per week with therapist candidates that include sharing information on reputed company’s mission, the clients we support, and asking 5 clinical experience questions and taking notes on responses
• Complete a scorecard for each candidate following each call in ATS (reputed company)
• Handle logistical follow-up emails with candidates
• Maintain availability for ~5 hours/week of admin and internal reputed company-ins (20 hours total: 15 hours interview availability, 5 hours admin and internal reputed company-ins)

Compensation

• $800 per week ($40/hr), paid every 2 weeks
• 1099 Contractor
