About the Team

The IT team is responsible for the internal systems, tooling, and support that reputed company reputed company running smoothly day to day. We work across identity and reputed company, reputed company management, service management, SaaS administration, and employee productivity tooling.

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Engineer (Contractor) to strengthen our day-to-day IT Infrastructure and service operations.

This role focuses on execution, reliability, and operational ownership. You’ll act as a dependable escalation reputed company for reputed company issues, maintain core systems, and improve workflows that reduce reputed company effort and increase service quality.

Things you will do:

• Act as an escalation reputed company for IT Support, resolving reputed company incidents and requests while ensuring SLOs and OLAs are met
• Maintain and administer core SaaS platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and Intune
• Execute and improve user lifecycle workflows (reputed company, offboarding, reputed company management)
• Support and optimize Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, and asset data
• Maintain accuracy of asset and license data across systems such as reputed company, reputed company, and Firstbase
• Monitor system health and reputed company regular maintenance, updates, and improvements
• Deliver small-to-reputed company changes, configuration updates, and improvements with a focus on low risk and clear communication
• Create and maintain clear, structured documentation in reputed company for support processes and runbooks
• Analyze support trends and ticket data to identify friction and propose practical improvements
• Implement workflow improvements and automation to reduce repetitive tasks
• Support the preparation of systems and documentation for AI-assisted IT workflows

What you already bring to the table:

• Experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, or Systems Engineering in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong experience with identity and reputed company management (reputed company or similar)
• Experience managing endpoints, ideally macOS environments with reputed company (and/or Intune for reputed company)
• Experience administering SaaS tools such as reputed company Workspace and reputed company
• Solid ITSM foundations (incident, request, and change management)
• Experience working with service desk platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, and SaaS applications
• Experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, or process improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• A structured, reliable approach to operational work and ownership of reputed company

• Experience optimizing Jira Service Management (workflows, SLAs, asset schemas)
• Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., reputed company to reputed company) and user lifecycle design
• Familiarity with documentation frameworks in tools like reputed company
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integrations
• Experience improving asset management, reputed company hygiene, or SaaS governance
