Product Manager, Palliative care

The VBP Product Manager will support the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth and meet a series of end-user needs by working in tight collaboration with the appropriate clinical discipline team to ensure alignment with clinical requirements and best-practices, right care models, and value-based care reputed company.

The Product Manager will collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, including clinical, product, value realization, tech and engineering, program management, and data insights and analytics to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver the VBP solution to launch, assessing impact and continuing to build, enhance and reputed company products based on key data insights.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a strategic product reputed company reputed company with business goals, supported by market research and competitive analysis. reputed company and manage a dynamic product roadmap with prioritized features, milestones, and timelines.

• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Act as the central reputed company for approvals, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify and mitigate development and adoption risks while managing resources to maintain focus on priorities without disruption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, reputed company Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience

Experience

• Seven (7) years of experience in product management or reputed company roles

Required certifications or licensures

• Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., APM, PO/PM, SAFe)

• Product Strategy & Delivery: Demonstrated reputed company in building and managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and delivering impactful products as a Product Analyst or Product reputed company.

Compensation and Benefits: The projected reputed company salary for this position ranges from $127,500 - $168,300 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
