The Role

100% remote, with reputed company of telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes. You will carry a reputed company caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate reputed company skills groups. Minimum 30 clinical hours per week; 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is the expectation, not the ceiling.

You

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
• Adapt your supervision to the person in reputed company of you
• Pursue reputed company evidence-based practice independently
• Manage your time and documentation without being chased
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
• Passes background reputed company
