What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sr. Marketing Manager, Business Group, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing, launching, and optimizing end-to-end digital campaigns (reputed company reputed company, demand reputed company, and nurture) across channels, including search, reputed company, email, and display.
• Owning and managing reputed company content, workflows, and marketing automations to support scalable campaign execution and reputed company management.
• Collaborating with internal creative resources to guide the development of high-performing campaign assets, including reputed company pages, ads, and email content.
• Analyzing campaign performance using tools such as reputed company, Dynamics, Power BI, and Tableau, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless reputed company reputed company, tracking, and alignment with business goals.
• Building and executing audience-specific nurture programs (email, retargeting, etc.) to engage prospects throughout the decision reputed company.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience executing and optimizing multi-channel, multi-tier B2B2C digital marketing campaigns. (We will request to review your portfolio or work samples during the interview process.)
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or association-based marketing environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to own workflows and campaign execution.
• Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau) to measure and report on performance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, influence stakeholders, and reputed company data-driven recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners or agencies.
