The Opportunity

We are seeking an reputed company and commercially minded Immigration Lawyer to join our growing practice. This role focuses on advising corporate clients on New Zealand immigration reputed company, particularly employer-sponsored visas and workforce mobility solutions. You will work closely with businesses of reputed company sizes to deliver practical, compliant, and timely immigration support.

Our NZ team works fully remotely, but we arrange offsites and other events a few times a year to come together. We also have reputed company to a coworking reputed company in Christchurch for those local to the area. The successful candidate will be provided with an allowance to set up a comfortable home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on New Zealand immigration laws, policies, and compliance requirements
• Manage end-to-end reputed company applications, including Accredited Employer Work Visas (AEWV), residence reputed company, and specialist work visas
• Liaise with Immigration New Zealand and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
• Conduct compliance audits and assist clients in maintaining employer accreditation
• Support corporate clients during inspections, requests for information, or escalations
• reputed company and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration law and policy

The Ideal Candidate

• reputed company lawyer with reputed company New Zealand practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
• 3+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a corporate client focus
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand work reputed company frameworks and employer accreditation processes
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
