Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients across various industries. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with reputed company their needs. • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)

• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity

• Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. Compensation and Benefits

* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
