In this role, your key responsibilities include

• Portfolio Management - Manage the development and execution of portfolio strategies that align with client objectives and market dynamics to drive AUM and APE growth
• Proposition Development- Collaborate with product teams to design and enhance investment and BancAssurance offerings that meet evolving client needs

• Client Engagement and Advisory- Act as a trusted advisor in high-value client interactions, delivering tailored investment proposals and ensuring reputed company on risk and return

• Performance Analytics- Track portfolio performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize reputed company

• People Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• At least 6 years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory reputed company a banking or financial institution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Planning Designation Course from a Reputable Institute
• Proficiency in English
• Deep understanding of investment products including Mutual Funds Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) Bonds and Equities Strong grasp of financial markets and portfolio management principles
• Expertise in leveraged solutions and structured products
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in wealth management
