Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Des Moines, Iowa. As a key member of our reputed company Member Support team, you'll reputed company exceptional customer service to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information about the Iowa reputed company Program. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates
- Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
- Accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes
- Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
- Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
- Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
- Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback

- High School diploma or GED
- Background required
