Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team in the USA. As a reputed company Member Support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in a reputed company program. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing reputed company Program recipients and affiliates
- reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
- Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
