Job Overview

As a full stack customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, creating a schedule that suits your needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities

• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)

• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity

• Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication
