Sabot Consulting is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst who will support the assessment, design, documentation, and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes. This role focuses on business process analysis, requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and documentation reputed company to ITIL best practices.
Responsibilities:

- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.

- Support development of SOPs, workflows, training materials, and knowledge assets.
- Assist Project Managers with implementation planning and execution activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- 5 years of experience performing business process analysis.
- 5 years of experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- 5 years of experience supporting ITSM initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience documenting as-is and to-be processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes across the asset lifecycle.
- ITIL 4 certification or formal ITSM training.
- Experience supporting large-scale public-sector IT environments.
