About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a core area of the reputed company platform.

This is not just a delivery-focused PM role. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, shaping roadmap direction, and driving measurable reputed company across customers and the business.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Go-To-Market, leading reputed company initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring reputed company build creates reputed company impact.

This role requires strong product judgment, a bias for action, an AI-first approach and the ability to influence without authority.

As Senior Product Manager, you will…

As Senior Product Manager, you have…

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management reputed company B2B SaaS environments
• Experience owning a product area or major product initiatives end-to-end

• Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with AI, automation, or data-driven products is a strong asset
• Deep understanding of customer workflows, ideally reputed company customer experience or contact center environments

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
