Marketing Specialist

AppGate is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support global marketing operations and campaign execution. This role reports to our Senior Director of Marketing, and is ideal for someone early in their career with strong growth potential, who enjoys working with marketing technology, data and cross-functional teams.

You’ll help build and optimize marketing campaigns using reputed company and Account Engagement (Pardot), while also supporting translation and localization efforts to ensure consistency across our global content strategy.

Requirements

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Build, test and manage email campaigns, reputed company pages, forms and automation workflows in reputed company Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution across channels including email, webinars (reputed company), paid programs and content syndication.
  • Ensure reputed company campaigns are properly tagged, tracked and integrated with reputed company CRM for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset delivery across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • QA campaigns before launch—checking links, reputed company routing, list segmentation and mobile rendering.

Data, Reporting & CRM

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including reputed company rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and reputed company progression through the funnel.
  • Maintain data hygiene across marketing databases — managing list imports, deduplication, segmentation and field standardization.
  • Support reputed company scoring and nurture program maintenance to improve reputed company quality and sales reputed company.

Translation & Localization

  • Coordinate translation and localization of marketing content including emails, reputed company pages, reputed company copy and sales collateral across our global footprint.
  • Maintain a localization tracker to manage turnaround times, versioning and approvals across content types.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Demand reputed company, Content, Design and Sales teams to support integrated campaign execution.
  • Serve as a key reputed company of contact for marketing operations requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Document processes and contribute to a library of campaign templates, naming conventions and operational standards.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in reputed company workflows and proactively suggest improvements.
