Position Overview:

This role will build and maintain the reporting infrastructure, analytics pipelines, and predictive capabilities that directly impact member reputed company and program effectiveness. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting solutions and interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights on member engagement metrics, program performance, and reputed company effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Technology teams including Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Architecture to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure robust data solutions for member engagement analytics.
- Champion data reputed company and governance across our reputed company-based data environment, ensuring consistent and reliable reputed company through modern analytics platforms including reputed company and PowerBI.

- Build and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for member engagement programs that align with organizational priorities and drive measurable member reputed company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Engineering, or Clinical Analytics required

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience with AWS/Redshift and modern BI tools (reputed company, PowerBI, or similar)
- Strong SQL proficiency with demonstrated expertise in Redshift query optimization
- Experience with statistical programming languages (R/Python) for predictive modeling
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale dashboard solutions for performance monitoring
- Expertise in predictive analytics, member segmentation, and engagement modeling techniques
- Knowledge of modern data architecture and ETL processes in reputed company environments
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology and project management
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships with business stakeholders, particularly program and engagement leaders
