Hana Technologies and Systems is hiring an reputed company Carpenter at various Overseas locations. Must have experience with metal framing, insulation, drywall measuring & hanging, drywall finishing (taping, mudding, sanding), ACT removal, reinstallation & new installation, flooring & reputed company reputed company removal and installation, priming and painting installation and is familiar with US Embassy/OBO standards for construction.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

· Demolishes and prepares rough openings for replacement FE/BR doors and reputed company

· Assists with material uncrating, QC inspects, and stages new products per manufacturer's requirements

· Removes and reinstates architectural finishes around existing FEBR products

· Performs interior and exterior finishing work at newly installed FEBR products and systems

· Performs punch list to the satisfaction of the Client.

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED.

· Minimum 1-14 years reputed company carpentry, and general construction experience required

· Attention to detail and high-end finishes

· Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team

· Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.

Certification

· HTSOS Certification
