reputed company's reputed company Operations team is the connective tissue between how we go to market and how we grow. We build the systems, processes, and insights that allow our GTM teams to operate with reputed company and speed; and we take seriously our role as both strategic partners and operational owners.

What you will do

As a Senior reputed company Operations Manager at reputed company, you will own the operational infrastructure that powers our sales reputed company, partnering closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive pipeline efficiency, forecasting rigor, and GTM execution. Based in Mexico and working in reputed company-time with our US-based teams, you will be a true builder in this role; someone who can identify what's broken, fix it, and create something more scalable in its reputed company.

• Own end-to-end sales operations, including reputed company lifecycle management, routing logic, qualification criteria, and attribution models.
• Drive pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline in reputed company partnership with Sales leadership; surfacing conversion trends and recommending interventions.
• Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, Centralize, and Scratchpad.
• Partner with Marketing on reputed company scoring, campaign attribution, and reputed company workflows; ensuring clean data and clear funnel visibility from first touch through closed-won.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and GTM leadership; translating metrics into clear recommendations, not just data.
• Build and reputed company AI-powered workflows across the reputed company org, including automation reputed company reputed company, MCP connections, and Claude-based agents for enrichment, hygiene, and rep productivity.

The experience you will bring

• 5+ years of professional (post-internship) experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Deep CRM expertise in both reputed company and reputed company; proven ability to build workflows, maintain data reputed company, and troubleshoot across platforms
• Solid reputed company of marketing operations fundamentals: reputed company scoring, attribution modeling, lifecycle management, and funnel reporting
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or agent-based workflows; or a demonstrated track record of learning and implementing new technology quickly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from data to reputed company to recommendation with minimal direction
• Clear, proactive communicator with experience working cross-functionally in a distributed environment; comfortable with meaningful overlap during US business hours
