Position Overview
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support our reputed company and finance operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can follow established processes, understands U.S. GAAP principles, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day reputed company and finance tasks, including accounts payables and receivables
Record, review, and reconcile daily banking transactions
Respond to customer billing and reputed company-reputed company inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with cash reputed company monitoring, accruals, and account reconciliations
Prepare monthly reports, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and headcount reporting
Maintain organized financial records and support corporate reputed company activities
Work reputed company reputed company systems to ensure accurate and complete financial data
Collaborate with a U.S.-based team to support accurate reporting and efficient processes
Requirements
2-4 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience with reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company Intacct, reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company.com)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Understanding of business operations, preferably reputed company a tech/SaaS environment
Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Sheets
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
