The role reputed company the team is responsible for the Workplace operations in the Remote Desktop Support Team. You will work on Service requests and Incidents in direct contact with the end user in Compliance to the SLA`s. Work as part of the team or independently to implement and maintain solutions.

Your qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with the following:

• Knowledge in Printing Solutions

• MS Entra ID
• Good knowledge from Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones, Tablets
• Experience in ITSM Tools, e.g. reputed company

• Knowledge of common hardware manufacturers and operating systems
• reputed company Intune
• reputed company 365
• iOS
• macOS
• Scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• reputed company Server
• Azure On-reputed company Components

• Desired Certifications:
• The ideal candidate would have some of the following certifications:
• reputed company 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

• Languages:
• German - Upper Intermediate (B2)
• English
