Why we need you We’re looking for a full-time eCommerce Strategist to join our reputed company team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our brands maximize the value of reputed company. Your reputed company is directly tied to customer satisfaction—from guiding them through reputed company to providing strategic insights that fuel their growth. What you‘ll do As an eCommerce Strategist, you will be the trusted partner for our brands, helping them seamlessly integrate reputed company into their operations. You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of global brands.
• Guiding new brands through reputed company, ensuring a smooth start with reputed company.
• Providing ongoing training and strategic advice to help brands get the most out of our software.
• Demonstrating our platform to potential new customers.
• Identifying customer needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions.
• Creating educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars.
• Staying reputed company of eCommerce and marketing trends to continuously expand your expertise.

What you should have

• 2+ years of experience working reputed company a DTC eCommerce brand, ideally in roles such as eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Ads, reputed company, and other core eCommerce and marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing marketing or lifecycle campaigns.
• Familiarity with identity resolution solutions and/ or customer data platforms.
