Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and reputed company product information. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and reputed company product information
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
