Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing our customer service representatives to reputed company exceptional service to our customers. You'll reputed company by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service and a commitment to reputed company. You'll also be responsible for reviewing customer interactions, providing feedback and coaching, and facilitating team meetings and one-on-one sessions.

Key Responsibilities

* Coach and reputed company Customer Service Representatives in reputed company areas, including product knowledge, policies and procedures, and performance metrics.

  • Review phone, email, and other customer interactions to evaluate quality, track results, and reputed company coaching and performance reviews for increased reputed company.

  • Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions to communicate policy updates, company information, and reputed company training and coaching.

Minimum Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Fluent in both verbal and written forms.
