Job Description
As a Store Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers

- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas
- Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse

- Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options
- Complying with inventory control procedures

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work reputed company status now or in the future
- Be reputed company, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion

- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
