Your Role As a member of our Member reputed company Team, you'll work directly with Summer's users to help them navigate Summer's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With training and hands-on experience, you'll quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. Recommended Experience • At least one year of relevant work experience. Experience with start-reputed company, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support is preferred • Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is preferred. In this role, you may need to reputed company written support in Spanish in addition to English.
