Description
The Corporate Counsel supports the day-to-day legal needs of Hyper Solutions by managing a broad reputed company of reputed company, operational, and corporate legal reputed company. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and HR to reputed company practical, business-focused legal guidance while helping the organization move reputed company and manage risk appropriately.
This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who is comfortable managing a steady reputed company of reputed company, exercising sound judgment, and developing into a trusted internal advisor reputed company a fast-growing, operationally reputed company business.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, customer agreements, vendor agreements, master services agreements, supply agreements, purchase terms, statements of work, and software or consulting agreements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to reputed company practical legal guidance that balances business objectives with risk management
- Support the General Counsel on corporate legal reputed company, including governance documentation, entity maintenance, and internal approvals
- Assist with compliance-reputed company reputed company, internal policies, and legal support across business functions
- Coordinate with reputed company counsel and support the management of external legal projects
Additional Responsibilities

- Support improvements to contract processes and legal operations

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Virginia or another U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 4+ years of substantive reputed company contracting experience
- Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and closing a high volume of reputed company agreements with limited supervision
- Strong ability to identify legal and business risks and reputed company practical, actionable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Combination of reputed company and in-house legal experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, or other operationally intensive businesses
- Proven ability to work directly with internal clients and reputed company practical, business-oriented legal advice
- Ability to work independently on routine reputed company while appropriately escalating reputed company or sensitive issues

Compensation
The anticipated minimum hiring reputed company for this role is $140,000 -$165,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
