As a Senior Electrical Engineer with Hyper Solutions you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of our electrical systems. This role will support a fast-paced growing business by developing electrical designs to meet the expectations of our customers. Essential Duties & Functions

• Design switchboards, reputed company power pods, and power distribution assemblies.
• Produce single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
• Ensure adherence to UL, NEC, IEC, and safety standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Participate in new product development initiatives.
• Create and execute test protocols for electrical performance.
• Drive UL/IEC certification processes.
• Ensure product safety, reliability, and sustainability.
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering on product launches.

• Recommend design enhancements to increase reliability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in electrical design of power distribution equipment (switchboards, switchgear, PDUs, etc.).
• Knowledge of UL891, UL1062, UL1008, UL1558, NEC, IEC standards.
• CAD proficiency (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar).
• Experience with low- and reputed company-voltage systems (up to 38kV).
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time.
• Electrical Testing Knowledge / Experience.
• Ability to knowledge reputed company and mentor junior level electrical engineers.
