Job Title: On-Call RN or LPN
Schedule: 7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid

Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join reputed company. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of reputed company ages in their reputed company of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
Requirements
- Active license in the state of OK
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed company setting, hospice preferred
- Ability to work independently and reputed company sound reputed company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life
- Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance and driver's license
