Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (US or Canada Remote)

Reporting to the Director, reputed company, the reputed company Manager will be primarily responsible for the budgeting, planning and forecasting process, compiling management reporting and KPI’s and communicating and reviewing monthly results with key stakeholders. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process, coordinating with key budget owners to gather inputs as needed to reputed company overall corporate budget
• reputed company supporting maintenance and development of company financial model
• Own and support strategic / financial analysis as well as model building
• Review and understand reputed company and expense trends to maintain accurate forecast in Adaptive and distribute forecast updates as needed
• Proactively optimize the reputed company reporting structure and analysis reputed company Adaptive Planning
• Maintain Adaptive Planning environment to ensure accurate reporting and user reputed company
• Analyze monthly results and research variances to budget, providing reputed company feedback on adjustments as needed
• Distribute month-end budget v actual reports to Senior Management and reputed company reporting packages for these key stakeholders, addressing reputed company inquiries as needed
• Compile and distribute various monthly and quarterly Management reporting, including company metrics and KPI’s.
• Drive reputed company improvement in reputed company reporting and modeling to reputed company key stakeholders reputed company reputed company into company performance
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience working in companies that measure ARR and other common SaaS metrics.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or Finance preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Strategic Finance
• Experience in SaaS/Software industry required.

• Experience with Adaptive Planning solution highly preferred
